Coaching is a process whereby plans and processes are created to achieve a desired outcome.
It"s this simple, two,three or four people discuss what it is that doesn't work for/with them.
They agree on a coarse of action.
A series of keystones/milestones are created.
The actions are then tracked using a system of checks and balances.
The group meets again to evaluate the progress and adjust accordingly.
The process is repeated until the desired outcomes are achieved.
The Coach is the impartial facilitator that guides the individuals thru the process. |
